Who is responsible for your data?
Disruptive Labs, represented by Thomas Benita. Contact for any question about your data: dpo@disruptive.fr
What data do we collect, and why?
- When you email us (from this site or directly): your name, email address, professional contact details and the content of your message, so that we can reply and discuss our services with you.
- When you fill in a LinkedIn advertising form (“Lead Gen Form”): the information you choose to send us, usually your first name, surname, email address, job title, company and, where applicable, your answers to the form's questions. LinkedIn pre-fills these fields from your profile; nothing is sent to us until you confirm submission. This data is used to get back in touch with you about the offer you were interested in.
- When you book a meeting via our online booking link (Calendly): your name, email address and the information you enter, to organise the meeting.
We only collect the data needed for these professional exchanges. We never sell or rent it to anyone.
On what basis?
Your consent when you send us your information via a form, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and developing our professional relationships (B2B prospecting), with due respect for your right to object.
How long do we keep it?
Three years from our last exchange, in line with the recommendations of the CNIL (the French data protection authority) for prospecting. Where there is a contractual relationship, for its duration and then for the applicable statutory periods.
Who has access to it?
Only Disruptive Labs, and our technical service providers within the limits of their role: Google (Google Workspace email), LinkedIn (advertising forms), Calendly (meeting booking) and Lovable (website hosting). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union; such transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (European Commission standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
Cookies and audience measurement
This site sets no cookies and uses no audience measurement or advertising tools.
The Website Carbon badge in the footer sends the address of the page you are viewing to the Website Carbon service to measure its carbon footprint, and keeps the result in your browser's local storage for 24 hours; no personal data is sent.
The links to Calendly and LinkedIn are plain links: no content from these services is embedded in our pages unless you click.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or portability, or object to its use, by writing to dpo@disruptive.fr. We will reply within one month. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
